4. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to:

* Refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
* Correct pricing errors.
* Limit quantities purchased.
* Cancel transactions where payment cannot be verified.

Ownership of goods transfers upon full payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Dominating Diversity is not responsible for delays caused by:

* Postal services
* Couriers
* Customs processes
* Natural disasters
* Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where products are:

* Faulty
* Damaged
* Not as described
 

We do not provide refunds for:

* Change of mind purchases unless otherwise stated.
* Incorrect product selection by the customer.
* Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Custom-made, personalised, digital, downloadable, or special-order items are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Digital Products and Resources

Digital downloads, templates, educational resources, guides, and other intellectual property remain the property of Dominating Diversity.

Customers may:

* Use purchased resources for personal or internal organisational use.

Customers may not:

* Resell resources.
* Redistribute resources.
* Share download links publicly.
* Claim ownership of resources.

8. Workshops, Training, Consulting and Coaching Services

8.1 Service Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and in accordance with agreed requirements.

8.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

* Provide accurate information.
* Participate respectfully.
* Attend scheduled sessions on time.
* Notify us of cancellations as soon as possible.

8.3 Outcomes

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, business results, educational achievements, behavioural changes, funding success, employment outcomes, or personal outcomes.

Results may vary between individuals and organisations.

 8.4 Cancellations

Unless otherwise agreed:

* More than 14 days' notice: full refund or reschedule.
* 7–14 days' notice: 50% refund.
* Less than 7 days' notice: no refund.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

 9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, educational resources, documents, graphics, images, training materials, videos, presentations, and workshop content remain the intellectual property of Dominating Diversity unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or sold without written permission.

10. Website Use

Users must not:

* Use the website unlawfully.
* Attempt to interfere with website security.
* Upload malicious content.
* Misrepresent their identity.
* Use website content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

* Liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of products or services where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
